Spooky?

I thought with Halloween coming up it would be a good time to post some of my spider webs. I really don't think this one is spooky looking though, do you?

Hello :) I've seen your comments on some of the other blogs I visit, and thought I'd drop by. A very nice picture, but since its sunny and none of the spider's victims are in the web, I can't say its the creepiest web I've ever seen :)

Well, if you dont see the spider then where is he at? That might give me the creeps just a little..Not knowing..;-)

Spider webs are really magnificent creations and most are exceptionally strong. I think they are almost anything but not creepy. LOL

I worked all day on Friday trying to create a layout for my backyard wildlife photos.

I would appreciate your going there and having a look and then tell me if it looked OK on your browser. I would suggest the Starlings and am using that to see the response from all over. Also you can click the link on that page (starlings) and send me an email if you would about how it looked. It works here on IE or Internet Explorer but for some reason looks bad in Firefox.

Thanks.

It shows how a web can trap you before you know it.

Nahhh, not too spooky. ,-) But very pretty.

Then again, if we could ask the leaf, it might be spooky to the leaf! ,-)

That is funny, never thought about the Halloween part with the spiders, No matter what those webs are creepy and even worse if you run into them with your face, great shot.

No, not too spooky yet. But give it a wrapped up mummified fly and I'd get the shivers.

Not scary at all! Very calm and peaceful, a memory of this past summer. To answer Rick: I just read that if a spider is not in the middle of the web, then it is off killing or eating. It's "comfort" position is facing down in the middle of web. I don't know if this is for all of the spiders or not, tho.

Really, I think most spider webs are beautiful. I take a lot of pics of them. It's only spooky when I walk into one!!
