Thanks for the info, I am having that problem, I don't have a site meter.?? So it is with the blogee not the blogger? Now I am more confused!! Blogland is some place I play but I don't know all the rules. Makes the game more interesting, yes? You know I love squirrels!
It's a lovely shot!!! Thanks for the hint on the sitemeter! I use Firefox, though, so I hadn't had that problem. Summertime is a busy time of the year, I hope Picture This continues!
I guess I missed something because Dianne (at Forksoffthemoment) was saying she had problems too
Crossing fingers cause so far no problem for me
Love that little beastie and his vegan lunch ... around here we consider squirrels wingless pigeons and pigeons winged rats ... both pigeons and squirrels are varmits that get into garbage and dig up window boxes
This is the first I've heard of squirrels eating mushrooms. I had no idea!
I didn't know that about the Sitemeter problem, which I don't have on my blog anyway. But who knows, I may have been tempted to add it to my site. So thanks for the information.
I hope it was a mushroom and not a poisonous toadstool otherwise Mr Squirrel is going to gave a bad tummy ache. Or go on a "groovy trip" I had trouble accessing blogs this morning but all is OK now and I haven't touched the Sitemeter code.
Hi Dot, I had that trouble with some sites. Glad you cleared that up. We had plenty of mushrooms after all the rain we had, but no squirrels. Too bad, a lot of squirrel treats went into the garbage can. Pappy
Dot: What a great photo of the Grey Squirrel. I've never seen this before and it was a super photo. I felt I had something wrong and tried a lot of fixes to no avail. How did you remove Sitemeter when you could open your site?
Great photo Dot. I hadn't realised squirrels ate mushrooms.
As for the problem with the blog page not opening, it seems once you remove the code for site meter, your page is accessible. I removed mine and now all is okay. thanks for the tip. Hugs x
Oh that is such a great capture Dot i love it. I have been so busy this week i havn't had time to do much checking on other bloggers or post much on the other site. I thought i had some on draft but can't seem to find them.
I went to Washington with my husband and we decided to tour some important building (I forget which) and he became so fascinated by the squirrels on the lawn that we missed the tour. I'd better not let him loose in your backyard!
I've never seen a squirrel eating a mushroom - I guess they eat many things when nuts are not in season? The squirrels around my house love old bread and cornbread.
A friend for my Hazel, she's been back each day now for a number of weeks, she as a liking for toast at the moment and will turn up as soon as I start cooking it... never knew the smell of toast would travel so far..

I have the same problem, Dot. My page did not open... Thanks for your e-mail. I will remove the Sitemeter code.

Same with me on the site meter.
I love this shot, it's so cute.
I had the problem, but it fixed itself, w/o removing site meter.
Looks, as if Picture This has re-invigorated itself. Just took a little nudge from you. I'm very happy.
He's adorable! He's just chowing down on that mushroom! Just look at that critter go!!! =)
Great capture. He had it in hand so you wouldn't steal it from him.
Was about time that I visit the Skywatch inventor to say thanks! :)
Gorgeous squirrel, you caught!
Cheers, Klaus
First squirrel I ever saw eating a mushroom!
I'm glad you added the message here, so I know that the email I saw was legit.
Cute squirrel, by the way. Were those good mushrooms, or did the little guy start freaking out after snack time?

I guess squirrels will eat anything.
I use Firefox - haven't had any problems.
Wonderful picture! He's really enjoying his snack.
I'm having trouble accessing blogs, too. Seems to be sporadic.
"firefox can't find server at www.blogger.com" hopefully it'll be sorted out soon.

Do you think Mr. Squirrel is shroomer? Maybe being up in the trees isn't enough and he wanted to get a little higher... haha :)
