Very beautiful wildflowers! We call the blue ones in the first picture cornflowers. I do not know the name of the red ones, but they grow in traditional Austrian peasant's gardens :)

The blue ones look like cornflower/bachelor buttons. Can't figure out the daisy-like red/yellow ones. But I love the top photo, because you have a bit of both colors/flowers in it.

Yep, bachelor buttons (Centaurea cyanus) and blanket flowers (Gaillardia). I can't help it -- I'm a wildflower geek. ;-)

This is a good time to catch colour in the fields! These are beautiful examples of what might be found! We get the cornflowers growing wild here but the other ones I have only seen as cultivated flowers. Lovely shots Dot!

Oh very lovely! Nature has a wonderful way of deciding which colours go together!
I don't know for the red ones, but your blue flowers are called in France "BLEUET"(bleu means blue).My dictionnary translates that as cornflower;
They were a pretty symbol in former times, because they were the symbol of the french veterans soldiers of the first world war;
I don't know the names of the plants either. Though the blue flowers are called cornflowers, like maria says.

Dot: That first one is a weed that grows wild along the roadway and are very envasive. I had the Cornflower on last week and it is very pretty when tamed. The second one is a beautiful wildflower with great colors.

I love cornflower. The color is so pretty, in fact it is one of my favorite colors. I have blanket flower growing around my doggies grave in the backyard...
