Great captures. Did you know there'd be a fight. Probably males, I'm just guessing.

Ah the bird photos. You do such a great job with yours pictures. I think the fight picture is funny.

PS: My husband and I aren't much for the movies either. But this one was worth it.

Terrific bird pictures.
I love the composition of the mosaic.

The pictures you take of the birds and the flowers are great. I have a bird feeder outside my bedroom window and I love waking up to the birds singing. It's funny to watch them all trying to get to the feeder at the same time. Great shots.

Great action shots there Dot! I have been having a flock of Blue Jays at my feeders every day and have been too lazy to get my camera out! You have spurred me on to try and capture them!

Fun post, Dot! My littlest piXie just loves birds. She admired the male birds' mohawk (crest) and that "fight scene" at the end tickled her funnybone.

Dot,

Beautiful shots of the birds.

Jan - Yes, probably males. I use to have two roosters that fought all of the time until I wised up and kept them separated.

Rhode Island Reds are beautiful but they are bullies.

The Red Rooster finally ended up in my xhusband's frying pan.

I love these shots! I always love to watch the little nuthatches--I don't remember having them when I was a kid but we had so many others.

Cheeky birds! Don't you just love how digital turns blurred movement into something so special?

Great shots and very nicely put together. Did you do that at Picassa or with another program?

That's a nice collage and accomodating bird to let you photograph it without flying away.

I love your birds, i never seem to be able to get close up shots of birds, guess my camera doesn't have that good of a zoom. I really like that last one looks like a fluttering of feathers.
I don't see SKW for you this week?
