Savannah

Last week my daughter and I took a tour of Savannah. This is an area called City Market which is mostly side walk cafes and other eating places.

We couldn't resist the place with the red umbrellas!

We had pralines and a few other things. Oh so good!!

Hi Dot. I tried talking the parents into moving to Savannah or just out from it. The answer was no. I'd love to visit there one day. Maybe on my next trip home.

I remember going to Savannah when I was little w/ my grandparents - the year that the World's Fair was in Knoxville, Tn

It looks like a nice place to stroll and take time to sit and eat something. Did you taste "divinity"?(I wonder what it can be!!..)

Brings back memories. I lived in Savannah for 10 years. A really great town with great history and great fishing....summers are a little oppressive but life's a trade-off.

It looks like Texel, lol.
