He looks as is he's asleep. Your photos of spiders are amazing!
EEEEK! I really have a phobia about spiders. This one is perfect for Halloween though!
It looks like a barn spider. We have them here too. They are a very important part of the natural chain of prey and predators.Nice photo too.
I can see a little of the web.
A great shot Dot! :)So clear.I am using a program called Picasa (Google) when making my collages. It`s for free.
Good shot....looks like it is just hanging in the air.

It looks like it is suspended in air.
I don't like bugs and this one is big, scary, and mean. He sure doesn't need a costume to frighten anyone.
I love your spider pics, they are almost as creepy as the real thing. This one is especially ICK! :)
Hello again Dot. I understand your English perfectly well. :)Languages and English was my favorite subjects at school. :)But at the same time, i don`t have the same vocabulary as you natives. ;)When i make make my collages i am using a picture as background.I have four alternatives.White, black, grey or a background picture. When choosing background picture, Picasa itself uses one of the images as background. It`s easy.I hope you understand....?
That is crazy! You have a great eye! I think you better apply to National Geographic! or start your own mag!
The flying spider, good shot. We have the same here.
You just don't want me to sleep at night; do you? LOL.
Ooaa! I'm shaking! I don't like spiders, but they are beautiful in their own way.
I spent ages trying to photograph a spider this weekend, but was not happy with the results. I guess I will have to be more patient.Nice shot
a photographer told me that webs have to be "backlighted": so I've been trying to get the sun behind them and still it doesn't work well! Perhaps we should buy lights? LOLThe spider is so awesome! (all mine are gone for the season).
