The Bridge

This bridge has a cute nickname. Tomorrow I'll tell you where it's located and what the locals call it.

A teaser... oooooh... we wait with bated breath. :)

From this perspective they could call it a ladder bridge, right?

Wow, interesting looking bridge. I see it as a ladder too. The only ladder name that comes to my mind is Jacob's ladder. Is this ladder in southern Alabama where you went to visit your mother or local around us Dot?

It looks like those monkey bars one would like as a kid. Regarding your comment on my blog about kayaking. I tried it once and it was quite a strenuous activity.

Now that is an interesting bridge, can't wait to hear what they call it.

If it were the other direction, I would call it the Eiffel Tower BUT since it isn't, it looks like film clips -- kinda a slide show. . .

Thought of another idea -- maybe "roller coaster"

I look forward to finding what the name is and where it is Dot....
I know a joke about a broken bridge Dot... I'd tell you but you'd never get over it... ha!

Dot, My mother made a wall hanging of this poem. So this is what living on an island is like.
"If you ever lived on an island
If you ever lived by the sea
You'll never return to the mainland
Once your spirit has been set free"

There ya go. MB

You got some great shots I like bridges, but they also scare me, I had gotten some of the 5-6 level mix master highway bridges that really scare me here to post today before I caught the fighter jet picture I posted today
