Oh Dot, this is fabulous...I've always been partial to black & white pictures, they always seem to make that much more of an impact! Love the way you capture effects one would usually not even pay attention to,like these shadows on the barn! xox
That reminds me of a barn at the house a an old friend. It was very old and has nearly fallen down since the last time I was there. Great shot. I love the shadows. Nice work.
Hum I thought I posted a comment... well here it is again. Spooky, I can imagine men being hung, trysts of ill fated lovers, Moonshine production and selling.. Bet this barn has a lot of stories behind those doors, well it does in my imagination. :)
Yes, fantastic photo make by the shadows. And I love 'Judi's' ideas on the barn!!!
Btw, 'Old Smoke' was interesting but... not a bit likable, I fear. Yish... And The Casino in Congress Park, is so lovely. But, he knew that lush surroundings would draw gambling, and had the money to pay for the best builder/planners, I suppose.
But I was still unnerved to find out all about him. :-(

Wow, the shadows make a wonderful picture. I love the old barn but I am a little more amazed with these shadows. Great capture.
Love the way you captured this barn ... excellent!
I love the B&W and those shadows are beautiful on the barn. Is that barn on your property?
wow that is a good picture.....you caught the sun just right to get the shadows....
is it still in use?
Great recent photos, Dot, although the worms are a bit scary looking. I love the barns and the flowers--very nice job all a rouond.
Very robust manufacture by timber, as they knew make the then craftsmen, beautiful B&W photograph!
Great catch! :)
It`s fun seeing the shadows and the light changing, through the day.

Nice photograph. Looks great in sepia or black and white. These barns are all the western type and I assume all in Georgia.
Beautiful, interesting barn!
Black and white - a great medium for old barns in the shadows. Very artistic.
very excellent b&w photograph!
Another wonderful barn photo! You've got me anxious to get up to Floyd and start hunting them down.
The shadows make this a very complicated picture, I really like it in B&W!
I love it. You captured this great.
A beautiful barn... loving how the shadows dance on the face of this barn in B&W
A great balck and white of a preserved barn.
Loved the details on the rusty one.
Wonderful shadows! They really make the shot! Love it in B&W!
Looks like a huge barn! I took a photo of shadows on a retaining wall the other day and loved it so you know I love this photo too!
Just what everyone else has said - the shadows are wonderful!
The barn looks in pretty good shape for it's age.
Another really good one Dot.
Love those shadows, also the old barn as well.
B/W makes it even more dramatic.
Back from Ireland and sorting photos, but the jars are now revealed.

You get the best barn shots! This one is so interesting in B&W.
Stunning photo
Wonderful old barn. I like that you did it in B&W.
What a great picture. The shadows of the trees on the side of the barn are amazing.
You have a great eye for a good photo Dot.Well done..!
xx
Very different barn shape from anything I remember seeing around southern or central Ontario.
The black and white makes the shadows stand out nicely.
